Calling all teachers! LIFE Education Trust are pleased to invite you all to the Havering Festival of Education which is taking place during the evenings from 4pm on Monday 23rd – Thursday 26th March, over 3 different Havering locations: Broadford Primary School, Frances Bardsley Academy for Girls and Havering College of Further and Higher Education.

The Festival is an educational event designed to inspire, encourage networking and the sharing of best practice. The programme is jam packed with over 50 interesting and inspiring talks based on the key areas of leadership, pedagogy and inclusion. Brought to you by the Local Authority, the Havering Academy of Leadership, the Primary and Secondary Teaching Schools, The Havering Colleges, and LIFE Education Trust, this festival is designed to put the strong educational practices in Havering on the map.
We have some fantastic speakers joining us including Dr Lisa Damour, psychologist and columnist for the New York Times; Tom Bennett, Founder of researchED, Oliver Caviglioli, author of ‘Dual Coding with Teachers’. Blogger Tom Sherrington,and Dr Carrie Grant, vocal coach and BAFTA award-winning broadcaster. They will be joined by a range of local and national speakers during the week. We know there is something for everyone!
We also encourage you to attend the launch event on the first day where there will be many exhibitors, and fantastic opportunities to network.
