Frances Bardsley played host to another LIFE Education Trust Year 2 Games Skills Festival, bringing together 65 children from our LIFE schools and Hylands Primary. Year 2 boys and girls from Benhurst, Margaretting, Roxwell, Dame Tipping and Hylands took part in the festival, trying out five different activities; Basketball, Football, Netball, Tennis and Tag Rugby.

The emphasis for the festival was on learning new skills and mixing with children from other LIFE schools. The session was led by Year Nine Frances Bardsley Sports Leaders who received many complementary comments on the day, including; ‘Students were enthusiastic and supported the children’ ‘All students engaged with the children.’ ‘Good teamwork’ ‘An amazing team of girls!’
