Lucy is the current Human Resources Manager for Havering Education Human Resources, and prior to this operated as an HR People Partner at Greenwich University. Lucy’s HR experience covers local Government as well as the retail and charity sectors. Lucy serves as customer focused, resilient HR Manager dedicated to supporting Headteachers and Governors in all aspects of employee relations.

Lucy’s comprehensive HR background also includes recruitment, trade union relations, policy work and coaching resulting in strong and trusting working relationships with her customers.
Lucy holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and is currently studying for a degree in Public Health & Wellbeing with the Open University.
