We use Insights behaviour profiling to help you find out more about yourself and how you relate to others. We feel this helps you to work more effectively and others to understand you better.
The old style appraisal and performance management has been replaced by a new Growth and Development approach which looks at how you feel you are doing and suggests vehicles for you to thrive and develop. Our retention and succession rates are incredibly high. Most of our school leaders have been promoted from within. In fact almost 50% of our staff have been internally promoted since working for us, many have been promoted several times and the majority of those who leave have left for promoted posts elsewhere.
