Here at LIFE we take staff development really seriously because people are our greatest resource. Everyone is seen as an individual who can add something unique to the life of our Trust.
We use an accredited learning behaviours system, Colour Me, to help you find out more about yourself and how you relate to others. We feel this helps you to work more effectively and others to understand you better. We use the QEB method, representing Qualifications, Experience and Behaviours, an approach which forms the foundation for our recruitment, retention and succession planning. Almost 50% of our staff have been internally promoted since working for us and many others have left for promoted posts elsewhere.
