On Friday 17th June, Headteachers and Executive Headteachers from schools across England visited our three rural primary schools in Essex. The Headteachers are part of a Network of Headteachers who meet on Zoom to discuss the challenges of running a small school. They visited with the focus being our curriculum, in particular.
The children and staff welcomed the visitors to their classrooms and the Headteachers observed lessons in all three schools. We are very proud of the curriculum we have written and developed over time, which has been specifically produced for mixed classes in small schools. The children were amazing and a big thank you to all the teachers who made our visitors feel very welcome.
The Headteachers enjoyed learning about our schools and our trust, and met the LIFE mascot Zoe Bear in all the three schools! More importantly they were impressed at how we live by our values and visions. We hope to meet them all again soon.
