LIFE Education Trust have launched a brand new initiative this term, ‘Headship Excellence’, a course developed by LIFE in collaboration with The Learning Partnership Trust and the Diocese of St Albans Multi-Academy Trust, to develop headship expertise. The first session took place in October with 25 school leaders in attendance from five different MATs.

This course has been designed by former headteachers with decades of school leadership experience and in consultation with CEOs who have line managed many school leaders themselves.
