Hafise graduated from Bishop Grossteteste , a specialist Teacher Training establishment , in 1990 obtaining a 2:1 Bachelor of Education degree with Honours .
Having Specialised in Early Years and Primary Education, she went on to teach across the primary age range in a number of inner city Primary Schools and across four local authorities.
She became a Deputy Headteacher in 1999 and worked alongside the leadership team to amalgamate two three-form of entry Schools.
After gaining her National Professional Qualification for Headship, Hafise obtained her first head teacher role in Havering in 2005. Whilst here, she went on to successfully amalgamate her own good Infant School and a Junior School in special measures. She took on the headship of the newly formed primary School where she was able to lead the school to gain an outstanding for leadership and management. Her interest in School Leadership and Management led her to complete a Master’s Degree in Education and graduate from the Open University with Merit.
Searching for a new challenge, she embarked upon her third Headship in 2013 in Newham. She currently leads a four-form of entry diverse primary school where she is committed to ensuring that children in the most deprived areas of London achieve their full potential.
Hafise is a local leader in Education, a qualified leadership coach and currently mentors trainee Head teachers on the National Professional Qualification for Headship.

Hafise believes that her love for Yoga and Mindfulness keep her grounded and enable her to start each day with a positive outlook in all she does.
